the weekly chase #11


Per usual, I am linking up my Weekly Chase goals with Mindy from Road Runner Girl. Below is a recap from how the goals from last week went over, and my new goals for this week.

Weekly goals for June 9–15; recap

Goal #1 - Continue to log all of my calories in My Fitness Pal.
I wasn't so great about this one. Logged about 50% of the time.

Goal #2 - Continue to run every day for the Runner's World Summer Run Streak.
Yes!

Goal #3 - Finish reading my library book (This Is Where I Leave You).
Finished reading and returned it to the library for the next person who has it on hold.

Goal #4 - Get the house cleaned up for Father's Day.
Done. My husband and I spent most of Sunday morning/afternoon getting the house cleaned and set up for our families to come over for our annual Father's Day BBQ.

Weekly goals for June 16–22

Goal #1 - Continue to log all of my calories in My Fitness Pal.

Goal #2 - Continue to run every day for the Runner's World Summer Run Streak.

Goal #3 - Drink at least 48 oz of water/day (ideally 64).

Goal #4 - Hit goal of 10,000 steps/day via Fitbit (feel free to go to my contact page for the link to add me as a friend).

  1. I like how you have weekly goals! I have been 50% on logging my calories as well - I know I need to do a better job. Way to go on keeping the streak alive!

    1. Thanks! It helps me to stay focused on specific things (and keeps me more accountable... I would forget monthly goals a week in, so find a week to be better for me). Thanks, Jenny!
